Jagson airlines operates flight to Pantnagar, from Delhi, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. after getting down from the plane, you can either hire a private taxi or board an Uttarakhand state transport bus to Kausani.

By Rail-
Kathgodam is the nearest railway station for Kausani Uttarakhand, which is about 142 km from the Pratiksha Himalayan Retreat. After getting down at the station, you have the option of hiring a taxi or boarding a bus, to reach Kausani Uttarakhand.

By Road-
by road, Kausani is well connected with major destinations like Delhi (419 km), Nainital (115 km) and Almora (52 km). from Delhi, one has to take nh 24 to Rampur, from where nh 87 leads to Almora. a state highway connects Almora with Kausani, 52 km away. in case you do not want to drive a car from Delhi, catch a bus from Delhi's isbt anand vihar.
