Premium-These are large rooms approx 200 to 300 sq. ft in size and each room has complimentary tea/coffee maker ideal for a family of 4 as 2 extra beds can be put in the room. All rooms have their own sitting out area and face the lawns.

Suite-These rooms are approx 300 to 350 sq. ft in size having 2 rooms, one Master bed room and one sitting room along with sofa cum bed. These rooms have a mini refrigerator, tea and coffee maker 02 flat screen T.V and can accommodate family of 4 members, while ensuring your privacy.

Presidential Suite-Easily the best room in Nainital Measuring about 600 sq feet this suite is the best accommodation in Nainital and comes with a personal valet for your entire stay. It has an entry foyer leading to the main sitting area. This sitting area is provided with a built in bar and also provides for personal dining needs. The room is connected by an entry vestibule to the bedroom, on the way to the bedroom in the vestibule is a niche carved out to fit in a dress and a bathroom. These utilities are common to both bedroom as well as sitting room. The bedroom consists of a bed with an old style wing chair in the typical buttoned leather styling and wooden polished parts. To match the look in the same styling, sits a writers desk set with dark wood and leather. It is accessorized by a banker’s lamp with a green shade.

Places of interest in and around Nainital- China Peak The highest peak in the region, 5km from Nainital, is about 2.5 hrs. Walk from the top(2610m ) there are stunning views of the Himalayan peaks & Nainital town. One can either trek or go on horse back.

Dorothy seat/ Tiffin top A 4 km. walk 1.5 hrs. to the west brings one to this point, which offer an excellent view of Nainital and surrounding. From here, a 45 min. Picturesque trek leads one to land's End (2100m) through a forest of oak, deodar and pine. This is a cliff, offering an excellent aerial view of khurpatal lake and terraced field.
