Shop is like any other coffee shop + bakery you
might have seen or been to except with a twist.
Karma, the Sanskrit word, is the best way to describe
it. We believe that food preparation is an art.
The taste of the food is enhanced when it is not
created by a machine. There is a bit of love and
effort which comes in between. All breads and pizzas
at 300 BC are handmade in a country oven just the
way it should be.
The
Book Bar The Book Bar adjacent to the reception
area at SpiceTree is furnished appropriately with
antique wooden furniture to create a relaxing ambience.
It is an excellent place to unwind with some reading
material at any time of the day or night. We have
on display, a small collection of books on assorted
subjects. The Book Bar is WIFI enabled to ensure
your connectivity. You can also use your Kindle,
Nook, or any similar e-readers. This area can also
be used for socializing. Playing cards, checkers,
board games etc. are other possibilities at the
Book Bar.
Family
Dining Hall We see dining as a quality time
together with friends, family and loved ones, while
enjoying exquisite food. Our dining area offers
you the perfect ambiance, and is spacious. The chef
and his team are gifted culinary experts. If you
are interested, we can also share some secret Indian
recipes during the ethnic cooking classes. We feature
the popular flavors of India, and the delicacies
of Kerala in particular. If you prefer Continental
or Oriental, we are equipped to offer you that choice.
To
a homogeneous group of guests, we recommend our
Chef’s special buffet spread for breakfast and dinner.
We also offer candle light dinner upon request based
on a customized menu.
The
SpiceTree swimming pool is the first and the
only solar heated out-door pool in Kerala, with
a stunning Bison Valley view.We use mountain spring
water. It will be a unique experience to swim in
such pristine water,watching the picturesque Bison
Valley Mountain Ranges to the side. It is not a
very deep pool. This allows children also to be
entertained. The sides of the pool have a wooden
deck, with pool side chairs to relax.
The
Bliss – Mountain Spa Our Spa treatments are
based upon centuries old natural herbal therapies
that support, balance and give bliss in life. The
revitalizing and therapeutic treatments offered
are customized to your specific needs. Your therapist
will use specific oils, herbs and aromas chosen
to provide you with optimal balance and nourishment
to activate your mind-body orchestration. All therapies
