Today drive back to Tezpur. After having some refreshment at Hotel proceed to Chitralekha Udyan, Agnigarh. Evening free . Overnight stay at Guwahati.
07TH DAY :TEZPUR – KOHIMA Distance 250 Kms/08-09 hrs
Today you will be driving for the capital city of Nagaland-The Land Of Festival, Kohima. Evening at leisure .Over night stay at Hotel.
08TH DAY : KOHIMA
After an early breakfast you will proceed to War Cemetery-it’s a tribute to the warriors who made supreme sacrifices in the battle of 2nd World War. Then you will proceed to North East largest Cathedral-Bishop’s Cathedral. And after this you will transfer to Nagaland Heritage Village to witness diversities of various tribes. Evening at leisure, Over-Night stay at Hotel.
09TH DAY: KOHIMA-KAZIRANGA Distance 150KMS/06HRS.
Today proceed to Kaziranga National Park.
Kaziranga National Park:
In the heart of Assam, covering an area of 430 sq-Kms, is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers and bears, and thousands of birds. In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment.
Check in to the hotel. Overnight at Kaziranga.
10TH DAY : JUNGLE ACTIVITY AT KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK.
After an early wake up, you will be taken to the riding point in the Central Range (Kohoro) for an Elephant Ride. After the ride return back to the hotel, having breakfast at 7 am drive to the Central Rang (Kohora) of the park for a jeep safari or after lunch at 2.15 there will be another Jeep safari in the Western Range (Baguri) of the park. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
11TH DAY : -KAZIRANGA - SHILLONG Distance 330KMS/8-9 HRS.
Today drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Barapani the largest manmade lake of Northeast India. Overnight stay at Shillong.
12TH DAY : SHILLONG-CHERAPUNJEE Distance 56KMS/02HRS
Day trip to Cherrapunjee the Wettest place on Earth. Enroute visit elephant falls and Shillong peak. Back to Shillong for overnight stay.
13TH DAY : SHILLONG - GUWAHATI 110KMS/4 - 5HRS.
Today drive to Guwahati .In Guwahati visit Kalakhetra and Balaji temple. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
14TH DAY : GUWAHATI.
