01ST DAY : GUWAHATI -SHILLONG DRIVING 100 KMS / 03 HRS
Today you will take your way to the land of mountains and mist – Shillong. En route you will visit the largest manmade lake of Northeast India – Umium Lake – you can opt for some thrilling water sports in the lake. At Shillong visit Don Bosco Museum. Reach your hotel, check in and evening free at leisure. Overnight halt at Shillong.
02ND DAY : SHILLONG - CHERRAPUNJEE Distance 56 Kms / 2hrs
You will be traveling to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place on the earth. En route visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunjee visit – Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls. Drive back to Shillong for overnight halt.
03RD DAY : SHILLONG
Today explore the sightseeing of Shillong – visit Ward’s lake, Cathedral of Marry, Lewduh Market – the oldest traditional market, Mawpflang sacred Forest. Afternoon visit the Polo Ground and the British colonial part of Shillong. Overnight halt at Shillong.
04TH DAY: SHILLONG-GUWAHATI AIRPORT DRIVING 130 KMS / 03 HRS
Today drive to Guwahati airport for departure for your onward destination.
