The Heritage Villa, is a part of a British Era Villa Estate, built in 1880. The villa was an outhouse which was refurbished recently.


Located in the main Kasauli, it is the highest located (above 6000 ft) cottage under our portfolio. The villa has a very easy access to the market & the restaurants.

The Heritage Villa is a typical hill villa with very cosy interiors. The Villa is surrounded with thick & green plantations. Thus, it gives the best quality of the medicinal air coming from the Pine wood trees.

The breathtaking view from the Villa is of the Shimla hills.

It's a fully furnished Villa, with 2 bedrooms, a living cum dining room, kitchen & a big sit-out. The kitchen is equipped with a Fridge, Microwave, LPG gas & burner, Aquaguard, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Cutlery & Crockery. The villa also has TV with a cable connection.

Medical facilities are not far from the villa for any medical emergency or care. The chemist shop is also nearby. Cars can be parked outside the Villa. There is also a Bar nearby.

Temperatures range from 7 Deg C to 32 Deg C in the summers & Freezing to 10 Deg C in the winters.

 

 

Closest station in Kalka. Best way from Delhi is through the Himalayan Expressway, which now saves around 1 hour. From the Dharampur crossing on the Delhi - Shimla highway, your turn left towards the Kasauli town.
