24 air-conditioned and 60 non air-conditioned rooms in 2 & 3 bedroom, tiled roofed, private villas, with carport in a luxuriant coconut grove & casuarina tope. Situated in a 15 acre garden by the sea.

10 kms south of Mangalore city center and 30 kms from Mangalore airport.

Facilities:
The club facilities are available on payment of prescribed fees. The Swimming pool can be used from 7 a.m to 7 p.m. . Laundry, safe deposit lockers, Travel Arrangements, STD / ISD / FAX / internet services.

Live band, Cocktails, Bar-be-que and Bonfire at the beach or sea cruise can be arranged at extra cost.
