As far as distance is concerned, the apartment is exactly 10 minutes drive from Hiranandani.
• This is a brand new apartment….with a lot of greenery around and is very very quiet and very     residential. 
•  The apartment is located on the 15th floor.
•  The apartment has a full fledged caretaker who is stationed 24/7 at the apartment to attend to the     guests.
•  We have a separate lady maid who cleans/swabs the apartment and toilets every day.
•  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, mixer/grinder, necessary     utensils, and electric tea/coffee maker.
 
 
•  There are 3 elevators for the building with proper security staff and even staff for the elevators as     well.
•  The lobby and common area in the building is also cleaned everyday regularly by housekeeping     staff.
•  All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a 14” television with cable.
•  The hall also has a 21” television.
•  We shall provide complimentary laundry service for this booking.
