Srushti Farms is located at the banks of river Bhatsa, in Vasind Village, just 45 kms from Thane city. It is an hour long drive from Thane City. If you choose to travel by train, you can board on any train heading Asangaon or Kasara and it takes approximately ten minutes to walk from Vasind (E) station to Srushti Farms.

Cottages

The resort can accommodate a maximum of 150 people every night with 9 Couple cottages, 12 Family cottages (including 6 of Type A cottages and 6 of Type B cottages), and 2 riverside dormitories.

Couple Cottage: One double bed with AC (Optional), LCD TV with DTH, Hot water and Intercom facility. (Occupancy Min: 2 Max:3)

Family Cottage - Type A: One double bed & one sofa-cum-bed with AC (Optional), LCD TV with DTH, Hot water and Intercom facility. (Occupancy Min: 4 Max: 6)

Family Cottage - Type B: Two double beds & one sofa-cum-bed with AC (Optional), LCD TV with DTH, Hot water and Intercom facility. (Occupancy Min: 6 Max 8)

River Side Dormitory: With an exclusive river view, suitable for groups with more than 10-12 people. Six bunk beds with AC (Optional) and Intercom facility. These rooms have toilets outside the room. (Occupancy Min: 12 Max: 14)

*Air conditioning will not work in case of power failure. AC charges will not be applied in case of power failure. For persons more than minimum occupancy extra rates shall imply.

Restaurant We offer a richly-varied menu of high quality ingredients, house toasted spices and spice mixes. All of our food is freshly-prepared on the premises with a lot of care and affection. Keeping the ancient Indian cultural saying "Athithi Devo Bhava" (Guest is God) in mind, we put our guests ahead of us and thank you for patronizing our establishments.

Activities Indoor: Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, Snakes & Ladders, Ludo, Scrabble, Dart etc.

Outdoor: Elite Swimming Pool with water slides, Artificial Waterfall, Rain dance floor with rocking music, Playground, River Boating, Miniature Golf, Archery, Cycling, Cricket, Football, Badminton, Children's play area, Meditation area.

Amenities: Amenities included in the package are Swimming pool, Artificial waterfall & Rain dance, river boating (excluding rainy season). Indoor Activities like Pottery, Dart, Table Tennis, Carom etc., Outdoor Activities like Miniature Golf, Cricket, Football, Outdoor Badminton & Archery available on extra pay. Additional Amenities for private parties are available at extra cost for lawn, pool side dinner, riverside candle light dinner, wedding arrangements, D.J. Set for private dance floors.

General Information: Please carry a valid Identification Card of Primary Guest, who has reservations on his behalf. (Any Valid ID like PAN, Credit/Debit Card, Drivers License etc. is allowed.) This is for your own security in the premises. The resort is under surveillance cameras for security reasons.

Check in & check out timings are as follows: One Day Package (Check In: 09.00 AM & Check Out: 06.00 PM). Check out timings should be strictly followed. One day customers who check out after 6.00 pm will be charged extra on a per person basis. Stay Package check in timing 10 AM to next day 9 AM OR 7 PM to next day 6 PM. Restaurant (Buffet) Timings: Morning Tea (As per request), Breakfast (8.30 AM to 10.30 AM), Lunch (1.30 PM to 3.00 PM), Evening tea/coffee (4.30 PM to 5.30 PM), & Dinner (8.30PM to 10.30 PM). For any extra food requests, please feel free to inform the manager at the time of checking in.

Swimming Pool Information: Swimming Pool Timings : 9.00 AM to 6 PM. (Tuesday Closed for Maintainence) Swimming costumes are mandatory. Customers who violate this rule will be charged Rs.400 per person at the time of check out. You can buy costumes in the resort at a very reasonable price. Diving is strictly prohibited & there is no life guard on duty.

Other information: Out side food and drinks are not allowed inside the premises. Please take care of the property & plantations. Any kind of damages will be penalized. Take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of belongings. Locker facility is available at reception.

Any kind of offensive/abusive behaviour with the staff/workers will not be tolerated. In such a case, management reserves the right to take any necessary action.

In case of power failure, the air conditioning system, rain dance and music system will not be operational. NO REFUND of any kind will be entertained. Boating is free of charge for our guests. Flow of water is steady but water is deep. Hence the guests should avail of this facility at their own risk. The management will guide you but will not be responsible for any mishaps. Please follow all the instructions written & instructed by our staff. Boating facility is closed in rainy season.
