The Meadows is a 13 acre luxury garden resort hotel catering to international and domestic tourists, business travellers, and domestic leisure travellers.
Comprising 48 rooms & suites, 2 restaurants and a bar, a spa and meeting facilities, The Meadows is located on the Aurangabad-Mumbai highway, and has an idyllic sylvan setting surrounded by farms and magnificent mountains in the background.
8 rooms have been designated 'smoke-free' in keeping with guest preferences. Each cottage has its own private lawn and porch. Every room enjoys an exquisite view of the sprawling gardens with the majestic hillscape in the background. The Meadows is the only hotel with a direct view of Bibi Ka Maqbara and the mountains. |

The Meadows is the winner of the prestigious Journal of Indian Institute of Architects National Award for Best Landscape Design in all three categories in 1996. Criteria for receiving the award includes aesthetic appeal, competence in maintaining such profuse vegetation in a traditionally arid zone and environment friendly measures employed for maintenance. |

6 kms from the city centre, 5.6 kms from the railway station, the hotel nearest to Waluj - the main industrial area, and the hotel closest to the popular tourist attractions of Daulatabad Fort, Grishneshwar temple and the Ellora Caves - all are within 16 kms of the hotel, as is the airport. |

Arranged in a crescent shape, these quietly elegant rooms are furnished in 3 distinct styles. Each room has its own patio and stone seat, and patch of lawn. A picture window opens to views of the landscaped gardens or surrounding hillscape.

Superior Cottage

The Peacock Suite
This is an independent unit located around a pond and garden. A picture window opens to views of the landscaped gardens or surrounding hillscape. The suite is decorated with the colours and motifs of the peacock, the national bird, and a visitor at the hotel! Chattai (mattress) flooring, a divan with bolsters, treasure chest and ethnic art and accessories complete the traditional décor of the suite. The patio has a jhoola or traditional Indian swing. The bathrooms are finished in intricate mosaic tiles in complimentary colours.
The English Suite
This independent unit is located in a private corner of the estate, surrounded by flowering bushes. Mellow wooden floors, traditional armchair with footstool, valet stand and original artwork help to create the ambience of an English country home. This suite has a master bedroom and an additional twin bedded room, both en suite. Cane furniture on the porch is useful for al fresco dining.
The Rustic Suite
Independently located for maximum privacy, this suite has a master bedroom and additional bedroom, both en suite. Rough stone floors, hand woven fabrics and rugs, textured wood and hand cast wrought iron fixtures give this suite a rustic, but welcoming cosy feel.
The Lotus Suite
This standalone cottage overlooks a water pond and stepped garden. Accents in the deep green and pale pinks of the lotus, along with lotus icons give this suite a sophisticated Indian look.. |

The Four Seasons
The restobar offers an array of international options and fine Indian specialties at lunch and dinner, in an airy, light venue. Complemented by a well stocked bar, cigars and hookahs. International guests may preorder from selective Japanese, Chinese and Thai selections, and ask for foreign language menus. Oriental guests feel at home with little extras like chopsticks and green tea.

Each picnic hamper is custom made and includes tableware, napkins and glasses. We offer a wide choice of picnic foods, from gourmet sandwiches with crisps and tea cakes, to snacks and small meals, all individually wrapped. Also bottles of your favourite wine or flasks of steaming masala chai!
Meetings & Conferences
We have two well equipped conference / banquet halls accomodating upto 120 and 50 delegates each. Extensive lawns are the venue for large banquets and can accommodate upto 2000 people.
Both halls are column (pillars) free to facilitate all kinds of seating and display arrangements. Adequate adjacent space is provided for pre-registration. Attached lawns are ideal for coffee breaks, informal group meetings and banquets.

Aromatherapy Swedish Massage:
A massage technique implying the gentle but firm manipulation of pressure points. An aromatic oil with relaxing properties is used to lubricate the skin to promote friction. The deep tissue body massage utilizing long strokes and kneading and manipulation of pressure points, rubs away fatigue, induces muscle relaxation and enhances muscle tone. Followed by a brief aroma steam, chilled shower, and a rehydrating spa drink, its the perfect remedy for jet lag.
Tension Tamer:
Special herbal oil massage to the head and shoulders which improve bloods circulation, and helps to relieve stiffness. Followed by a head wrap and calming elixir.
Stress Recovery Massage:
Involves manipulation of skin, muscle and joints of the head, back and arms. It relaxes muscle spasm, improves circulation and also stretches connective tissue. A wonderful antidote to stress followed by a Rejuvenating Health Drink.
Reflexology Foot Massage:

Meadows Face Nourisher:

Aroma Steam:

Sauna:
