training ground, fine dine and gourmet catering options,

We
are located atop a hillock overlooking the sea, accessed
by a scenic drive through the fishing villages of Uttan,
Pali and Chowk, find yourself away from it all and yet
well connected to the fast developing suburbs of Bhayander
and Mira Road, just 4 kms from Mumbai City limits.
U-tan
offers conference facilities, equipped with all your training
requirements like LCD projector, audio, screen, white
board, and exclusive dining area for conference guests.
Having 22 guest rooms, we can accommodate around 65 to
75 participants.

retreat for a couple giving them a warm and cozy escape. Flanked
with a spacious sit out on the west, one can enjoy time less
sunsets' through the thick foliage of our age old trees.

As the name suggests our Classic rooms are ALL TIME FAVOURITES.
Roomy and comfortable, approached through an inviting verandah
and greenery all around, these rooms are a perfect choice for

- A very Spacious layout, The Studio apartments have been designed
with a compact pantry area, following an open plan living and
bedroom area. All apartments have a large Bay window seating
that doubles up as a comfortable lounging day bed. Tempting
Balconies overlook the Pool and the Endless Sea.

BHK Villa: A private retreat for a family or friends who
would like to enjoy quality time together. Flanked by a beautiful
lawn and verandah, this villa is ideal for a group 4 to 6 adults
to stay comfortably. Each bedroom has an attached bath and a
spacious living room opens onto a verandah with a view.

Portico - Our restaurant located at the centre of U-tan, with
an unrestricted view of the sea from it's titanic deck. Enjoy
candlelit dinners watching the fishing boats come home guided
by the stars at night. Serving you multi cuisine, Indian and
Tandoor being our house speciality, we also have an eclectic
mix of interesting world cuisine favourites on our menu.
Canopy:
The canopy is an al-fresco dining area and hosts day events,
buffets and group gatherings.
Pooldeck:
Our pool deck is a great hang out to sip on hot chai and pakoras,
or sizzling kebabs to set your mood. The place for parties as
well as quiet dinners - this deck is "the spot" for scenic sunsets.
Conference:
Day
Conference A typical day conference at U-tan is scheduled
between 9 am to 5 pm. This Day conference includes the following
features, viz.

Conference - U-tan offers a choice of occupancy options
for your varied residential conference needs From single, double
or triple in various types of guest rooms. A Typical residential
package includes, viz. Breakfast Mid Morning tea with coffee/biscuits
Veg. / Non Veg. lunch Evening Tea/coffee/biscuits High Tea and
Dinner Electric tea kettle in every room enables any time tea
/coffee for candidates. A gala dinner is normally arranged on
the penultimate night of conference.
Swimming: Flanked by the vast explanse of the sea and open skies
on the west and naturally shaded by the oldest mango tree at
u-tan - cool of in the clear blue water of our pool. Angularly
shaped, the pool spanning about 25' by 65', the deck around
the pool is central to the resort and a favourite spot to catch
the sunset!.
Sports
- Open lawns make great spaces for volleyball, badminton and
cricket across the resort.The hill and village around are getaways
for treks and local walks.

All rooms are standard double occupany. Arrangement for additional
person will be either mattress or sofabed, depending on individual
