Hotel Fateh Garh is based on vaastu principles which is vedic architectural style for balance and harmony of natures forces,it has interplay of the male and female aspects which is found more obviously in the spaces referred to as the Mardana Mahal, bold and exhibitionist - traditionally, the palace of the gentry; and the Zanana Mahal, intimate and delicate - traditionally, the palace of ladies.



On advancing to the wondrous inverted palace, which is really mirror images of the Mardana and Zanana Mahal, we realize a harmonious intermingling of the yin and yang energies that gives the interplay a whole new heritage hotel dimension called Hotel Fatehgarh.

Accommodation at Fateh Garh Udaipur is in airy, oversized, comfortable rooms with great views of the surroundings hills and the city of Udaipur. The fabric used is natural with muted tones and great attention to detail in appointing the rooms and bathrooms with all amenities. Fateh Garh has 38 Renaissance rooms of approximately 350 sq ft. space, 7 Heritage Chambers & 3 Heritage Suites with 500 Sq Ft.



DINING VENUES
The Dari Khana lounge is for relaxing, listening to music or reading about the history and culture of Rajasthan. The Janana courtyard and the garden provide openness and spectacular views which are ideal for High-Teas to enjoy sunsets.



CUISINE
At Fateh Garh Udaipur the chef emphasizes on indigenous cuisine and beverages which are developed in consultation with each new guest and are served where and when guests choose. Dining options include the Baradari with 270° views, pool side terrace, Prasadam restaurant and other intimate dining spaces for couples and small groups at different venues of the Garh. The Terrace is ideal for group gala dinners and High-Tea at sunset, a perfect way to soak in the beauty of nature surrounding Fatehgarh.

Amritam
The name derives from Sanskrit meaning “Nectar for an endless life” Serves finest selection of international spirits, wines, and cocktails besides indigenous Mewari liqueur.

The unique feature of the Mewari food demo is to promote & highlight the local cuisine to the International arena.
