Amaltas is proud to introduce the Royal Rajasthani Thali. Experience the culinary flavours of our state - the widest range available on a single palette in Jaipur. Relish Daal – Baati - Churma, lahsun ki chutney amongst other delicacies from Rajputana ensemble. All meals are freshly prepared with very less oil & chillies and under strict hygienic conditions. We have an open kitchen, and guests are welcome to have a look inside. We make our own preserves without using any chemical additives. The honey used comes from the Litchi fruit orchards of the Himalayan foothills.

Bakery-Try our in-house bakery products like cup cakes and cookies prepared using white butter. We also prepare a range of breads.

Choose the venue at Om Niwas from : Peacock hall-Beautifully decorated conference hall, accommodates 70 pax in theatre style / 35 pax in U-shape. It has a separate exhibition space that can be used for workshops / product displays / demonstration.
