untamed tropical wilderness of the Nilgiri foothills, on the
fringe of the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve of South India, InnTheWild
is home to a spectacular diversity of wildlife with the highlights
being the majestic Asiatic Elephant, the powerful Gaur (Indian
Bison), the elusive Indian Leopard, and the endangered Royal
Bengal Tiger.

Accommodation
Tree
House Standalone mini tree house with the best view of the waterhole
— includes bedroom, attached bathroom, upper sit out area, and
lower deck. Best suited for: guests double-sharing.
Tree
Top Accommodation at a top of a tree — includes bedroom, attached
bathroom and upper sit out area. Best suited for: families wanting
adjacent rooms. NOTE: Adjacent rooms are NOT sound proof.
Tribal
Home Quaint thatched-roofed structure embellished with tribal
art — includes bedroom, attached bathroom and outer sit out
area. Best suited for: guests with children and larger groups
upto 4 adults.
Jungle
Shack Quaint thatched-roofed structure — includes bedroom, attached
bathroom and outer sit out area. Best suited for: guests with
children and larger groups upto 3 adults.
Room
Amenities: Locker, electric water kettle, and intercom.
Bathroom Amenities: Kama Ayurveda toiletries, hot water provision
(geyser), overhead shower, and health faucet..
In-House
Restaurant "FEAST" and In-Room Dinning: All meals are served
buffet-style at FEAST during the designated hours. While vegetarian
and non-vegetarian options are included, please inform our Reservations
Staff if there are any special food requirements — Jain, Vegan,
etc. Also available: À la carte menu to order additional snacks
or beverages during meals at FEAST or in-between meals to the
room. Charges as applicable. Campfire Jungle Barbecue with exotic
meats options. Charges as applicable. Early morning tea or coffee
delivered to the room — place a request with the Front Desk
the night before.
Gymnasium:
Equipped with a treadmill, cross trainer, 9-station multiGym,
and free weights. Complimentary for guests
Water:
A world class RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant has been installed
such that every tap for guest usage (including restrooms and
shower areas) is supplied with RO water. However, for drinking
purposes, we strongly recommend that only bottled water be used.
Upon arrival, one complimentary bottle per guest is offered;
additional bottles can be purchased as needed.
Internet:
Wired internet access is available on a common computer in the
reception area
Air-Conditioners
and Televisions: In the interest of being eco-friendly and offering
a complete wilderness experience we have deliberately not installed
air-conditioners or televisions. All rooms have either a ceiling
or table fan — given the year-round pleasant weather, we are
confident that our guests will find this adequate and enjoyable.
Power
Backup and Outages: We have not installed a generator as being
a noise and air pollutant it would upset the ecological balance
of the area. Instead, for the comfort of our guests, we have
installed an invertor in every room to provide backup power
incase of an outage. Power outages are rare, but when they do
happen: They are for long durations (sometimes days) and may
cause the inverter battery to run out resulting in no backup
power. Being in a forest area, response times to restore power
are usually slow and sluggish. Rest assured, in any such situation
where guests want to check-out sooner than planned, our staff
and management will be completely supportive.
Parking:
Free parking is available on the property. However, we recommend
that guests travelling by vehicles not built for uneven terrains
use our free parking facility near the Singara check post.
