Resort comprises of 10 independent AC Luxury Huts & 2 Luxury Tents perfectly distant from each other to provide privacy yet togetherness for its visitors. All 10 independent huts are comfortable, spacious, beautifully furnished, equipped with all modern amenities and yet retain the feel of jungle. A restful lawn overlooking the vista of jungles is the perfect place to relax and feel the jungle. Open outdoor seating area , Gol ghar with central bonfire place and recreational room with library offers panoramic views of jungle. The resort conducts wildlife movie show every alternate evening followed by discussion round to provide guests with the knowledge of flora and fauna.

All the huts are air-conditioned, blessed with all the comforts imaginable. There are no TVs in the huts with an intend that its visitors should spend more and more time with nature. Each huts has a double bed along with a sofa cum bed to accommodate a family of four. The attached toilet and bath are equipped with facilities like hot and cold running water and bath tubs providing ultimate comforts. All the guest rooms have tea/coffee makers with attached baths.

Multi Cuisine Restaurant
Elegantly designed gol ghar serves as the multi-cuisine restaurants for the resort. The mouth watering food from the restaurant will tickle the taste buds of the diners. Buffet meals are served at the restaurant with a variety of Indian, Chinese and Mughalai cuisines to choose from.

Recreational room and Wildlife Library
A recreational room along the jungle side provides facilities like table tennis, carom and chess. It also has a mini library with variety of wildlife related books for those looking to spend time reading in the peaceful environment.

Sit out Machaan
A machaan overlooking the jungle is a perfect place to sit out and relax. The machaan also provides a perfect opportunity to view wildlife from the resort. One can often see deers crossing the trails of the jungle and if lucky can get to see tiger or elephant from the resort.

Gol ghar (The bonfire place)
A gol ghar is a perfect place for bonfire in winters. Families and groups can enjoy the bonfire in winters.

Four Wheel Drive Corbett National Park
The resort has its own safari desk to provide safaris for its visitors. The different safaris and activities provided from the resort are 4 wheel drive Corbett national park � four wheel drive jeep safari are provided from the resort for different zones at Corbett national park depending upon availability. 3 zones of Corbett national park from where day visit are allowed are Bijrani, jhirna and Lohachaur.

4 wheel drive Sitavani
Adjoining Corbett national park lies sitavani reserve forest which is now a part of elephant project. A four wheel drive in the forest of sitavani provides a perfect opportunity to view wildlife in its natural surroundings. There is also ancient sitavani temple where mata sita wife of lard rama believed to up bring her children love and kush.

Elephant Safari
Elephant safari is a perfect way to view wildlife from close quarters. Elephant safari is the most natural way to visit the national park.

Bullock cart ride
A unique and refreshing experience is half an hour bullock cart ride which can be arranged on request
