Centrally located from all places like Nainital (4 Kms via motorable short cut, 18 via-highway), Bhimtal (28), Sattal (19),Ranikhet (59),Almora (40) Ramgarh (39), Mukteshwar (40) ....You see soothing greenery, roadsides erupting with wild yellow flower , very little traffic and maybe hordes of butterflies. The Masters Room is on the ground floor and is about 300 sq ft with a large picture window offering an phenomenal view. At one end of this room is a stone fireplace and a bay window with polished wood window seat and a reproduction writing table. Equipped with an TV, DVD player...and an hi-end audio system, it makes for a quaint comfortable room .

The Upper End 1 & 2 Large, spacious with huge picture windows "The Upper Ends" are located on the upper floor . They have a sitting area ,a window seater and a writing desk. There is a long balcony in the front overlooking the valley where you can sit out. They are both attached to a large terraced sit out with a fire-pit which can also double as a barbeque. Attached modern bathrooms are ensuite. While Upper End 1 has a double bed, Upper End 2 has separate beds .Extra beds can be put in both the rooms to sleep 2 people. On the outsides,there are enough open spaces and green areas /lawns should you want to sit around or for little children to play about .

Food & meals ; Dinner service and cooked meals are available .Do let us know a few hours in advance whether you will be eating in or going out. Fixed menu meals are served but we will try and accommodate your preferences. A fully equipped kitchen is available with all modern day gadgetry like microwave, tea/coffee machine,mixer along with neccessary cutlery, crockery, pots & pans,cookers etc., help in the kitchen can also be provided. Entertainment; The attempt is to provide a place of seclusion that helps you cut away from the cacophony of a hectic life...to bond with yourself and close ones. We have a reading corner with a small library with books to cater to all tastes ! There are sit outs in the greens, terrace, balcony, wooden roofed porch, where you can sit with your book or music ! There are indoor games like scrabble, cards, carrom, even an roulette drinking game....to help bond with the close ones. For the die hards, there is Cable TV (HD ), DVD player, audio system, even a small speaker set to attach to your own device...Internet at cost.
