Guidelines of apex bodies in respective activities are followed to the teeth.
Equipment used is top of the line in the industry, certified by various apex bodies Trained Manpower in operating activities. They have to go through a bi yearly refresher as a part of operations training. Operating processes and safety processes are all documented and staff trained on it.
Equipment goes through mandatory safety tests on specified intervals.
All equipments are maintained periodically under expert supervision.
All activities planned with safety and evacuation plan.
Staff trained on first and wilderness medicine.
In house trauma care facility and ambulance on standby.
Efficient mode of communication and promised response to any trauma within seconds.

Proper outdoor attire is mandatory. For participation in ATV’s, Rock Climbing, Rappelling and Paintball shooting, Rope Course, Swing, Para-jump, Slithering and Zip-line, Shoes are mandatory.
Participation under the influence of Alcohol/ drugs is not permitted.
Front Office Executives might make you go through Breadth Analyzer Test.
Please insist on the ticket.
Ticket once purchased is non refundable and non transferable.
No refunds for early returns or if it starts to rain.
Only Guests with valid activity ticket will be allowed in the activity zone.
Smoking and Photography is strictly prohibited in the activity zone.
Any damage to the equipment or premises arriving out of your negligence will have to be made good by you.
Activity coordinator reserves the right to disembark you from the activity without any refund if safety guidelines are not followed.

Any guest engaging in any misbehavior/ misconduct will be asked to leave site, without entertaining any refund or assigning any reason.
