Kovalam
The
Jeevan Beach Resort hosts tourists at the heart of Kovalam "the
paradise of south India". Kovalam is an internationally renowned
beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favorite
haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1970s. A
massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful
bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing.
Accommodation
We
are furnish with five types of rooms which are King suite,trascura,exotica
,durchsuchen and Schildkrote.kings suites are mainly located
3rd and 4th floors with vast panoramic view of Arabian sea.
Trascura rooms are located 2nd and 3rd floors.exotica rooms
are located ground,1st and second floors. Durchsuchen Rooms
are located ground and first floors with view of Arabian sea
and pool view. Schildkrote rooms are non sea view and pool view
rooms but it will give you feeling village atmosphere..
The
resort offers accommodation in 48 rooms of 7 categories. It
has a swimming pool attached with children pool. It has a
multi cuisine restaurant facing the sea. We have a Beer and
Wine Parlour with snooker table. It also has a roof top yard
provides a best sun set view point and a space to relax and
sun bath at the beach away from the folk. Each rooms has own
modern bathroom, TV, fridge, intercom, and free wifi. Pearl
Sea View with terrace, Exotic sea view and Bay watch has the
facility for seeing the sun set.

Rooms are mainly categorized based on the sea views
Two rooms in the Pearl Sea View with Terrace have a best sea
view and elegantly designed interior.
One room of Wooden Suite has the good interior design in wood
and partial sea view.
Ten rooms of Exotic Sea View have best sea view from balcony.
Four rooms of Bay Watch have sea view over the swimming pool.
Eight rooms of Sea Shore have a partial sea view over the swimming
pool.
Thirteen rooms of the Sea Shell have the partial sea view.
Nine rooms of Love Shore are extension to the resort have individual
balcony
The
resort offers ayurvedic treatment and rejuvenating massage under
the supervision of ayurvedic doctors. Guest can also utilize
the yoga classes at morning. The services also include travel
desk, doctor on call, laundry and room service.
LOVE
SHORE rooms are situated just few meter away from sea but it
doesnt have any direct or indirect sea view . It got some greenery
view from other side. You can get seashore feeling when you

SEA
SHELL ROOMS are situated just few meter away from the sea. From
the private balcony of Direct Sea facing Room you can get a

treatments. The open vital sea breeze and zero pollution give
